Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing Kupe Active for your sporting apparel and active wear needs. We understand that sometimes exchanges and returns are necessary, and we aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you. This Exchanges Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for exchanges and returns of products purchased from Kupe Active in the unlikely event that you may be dissatisfied and wish to do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

Kupe Active accepts exchanges for products purchased directly from our website or registered sales reps within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

Exchanges are only applicable to products that have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Intimate under garments are not eligible for exchange.

There are no refunds or returns for any Kupe Active wear. All purchased items should be exchanged for other available items in stock.

2. Exchange Procedure:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or style, please follow these steps:

  1. a) Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
  2. b) Provide your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item details.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original product. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition, including all tags and labels.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Any price difference between the original and replacement items will be credited in the form of a KupeOn voucher.

3. Intimate Under Garments:

4.1. For hygiene reasons, intimate under garments (such as second skin bottoms (tights) or underwear, and socks) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Shipping Costs:

For exchanges: Kupe Active will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you if the need for exchange is because of an error by Kupe Active. Else all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for exchanges or returns:

  1. a) All items classified as intimate garments.
  2. b) Products purchased from retailers other than Kupe Active’s official website.
  3. c) Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  4. d) Products returned after the 7-day exchange period.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange or refund, based on product availability.
