Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed between 1 and 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping services to all locations within South Africa using Courier Guy. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders over R750.00. For orders under R750.00, a standard shipping fee of R189.00 will apply. 

Shipping Times:

Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and courier delays, may impact delivery times, however we ensure that your order is processed as fast as possible.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on our website or the courier’s website.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kupeon.co.za. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kupeon.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
